EVERYDAY MAKEUP STAPLES

when I find something I like, I tend to stick to it. my everyday go to makeup look hasn't changed for more than a year - I like my foundation medium coverage, lips nude and eyes smoky. and ever since I invested into some makeup staples, my life has become way easier than it was before.

real techniques core collection brushes

I'm probably the last person to jump on the RT brushes bandwagon but better late than never, right? the

Real Techniques core collection kit

is an all-round great set of brushes but my absolute favourite is the contour brush. what a life-changing brush! the buffing brush is amazing as well and I use both of them daily.

lush bubblegum lip scrub mac myth lipstick

I'm a big fan of a nude lip and my shade of choice is

Mac Myth

. just like other nude lipsticks, it's a bit drying and the staying power isn't that amazing but it's the best nude lipstick I've found so far. to prepare my lips I use the

Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub

. although a bit pricey, it's way better than the lip scrubs I used to make at home.

urban decay naked basics eyeshadow palette

this

Urban Decay Naked Basics eyeshadow palette

is my new baby. the eyeshadows are incredible quality, nicely pigmented and doesn't crease throughout the day. as you can see in the photo, my favourite shades are Foxy and Faint. this is my first Urban Decay purchase and I have a feeling it won't be the last.

  4. Lush lip scrubs are a must have for me. Currently using the mint one, although I LOVE the bubblegum one. I quite like the elf one too though, as it is in lipstick form so great for on the go. Not as yummy as lush ones though.

  10. I liked the LUSH lip scrub I have but most of the time I just scrub gently after doing my hot cloth cleanse and apply a great lip balm after to keep my lips soft:)

  14. I also swear by the Real Techniques Core Collection set, however my fave is the buffing brush. That brush really works wonders on blending foundation seamlessly to the skin with no traces.
